At SiriGrains, we are committed to delivering high-quality, natural, and chemical-free groceries sourced directly from trusted farmers. Due to the nature of food products, this policy outlines strict yet fair guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Nature of Products & Return Eligibility

SiriGrains deals in consumable food products including millets, pulses, flours, seeds, and dry fruits.

In accordance with food safety practices and FSSAI guidelines:

  • All consumable and perishable products are non-returnable once delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement / Refund

You may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

a) Damaged Product

  • Packaging is torn, broken, or tampered at the time of delivery

b) Incorrect Product Delivered

  • Item received does not match the order placed

c) Quality Issue (Verified)

  • Product is found to be spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption at the time of opening


3. Mandatory Reporting Window

To be eligible for any claim:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised beyond this window will not be accepted


4. Proof Requirement (Strict)

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear images or videos of:

    • Product received

    • Packaging (outer and inner)

    • Order label/invoice

Requests without proper evidence may be rejected.


5. Return & Pickup Conditions

  • In applicable cases, SiriGrains may arrange pickup through logistics partners

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds


6. Refund Process (Razorpay Compliance)

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification

All refunds are handled in compliance with Razorpay’s payment and refund policies.


7. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect storage by the customer leading to spoilage

  • Minor natural variations in size, color, or texture

  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

  • Products partially consumed


8. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within standard timelines.


9. Failed Deliveries

In cases where delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

SiriGrains reserves the right to:

  • Reattempt delivery (additional charges may apply), or

  • Deduct shipping/logistics charges from refund (if applicable)


10. Quality Assurance Commitment

SiriGrains ensures:

  • Careful sourcing from trusted farmers

  • Proper handling and packaging

  • Quality checks before dispatch

However, due to the natural nature of food products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
