Important note on soaking:
We recommend soaking almonds and walnuts overnight (8-12 hours) in drinking water. Soaking neutralizes phytic acid, activates enzymes, and makes nutrients more bioavailable. Soaked nuts are softer, sweeter, and easier to digest.
